Collide Sparks - Blamma! Blamma! (how to get rid of belly fat) PDF Print E-mail
Sunday, 29 March 2009 14:34

A common question from both men and women is how to get rid of belly fat. Belly fat is the most difficult fat to lose.

Abdominal exercises alone will only build muscle under the belly fat. After a million sit-ups, how to get rid of belly fat will still remain answered with a question mark. Diet alone will not get rid of belly fat. Still the quandary: how to get rid of belly fat. Exercise and diet combined will work, but plans are usually too drastic to stick to. So how do you get rid of belly fat? Here are seven tips to get you on track:

How to Get Rid of Belly Fat:

  1. Be consistent. This is number 1 because no matter what you try to do to get rid of belly fat, you must commit and stick to a program. If you are on again off again, you will have belly fat that acts like the ocean tide - going away and coming right back again later.
  2. Find a program that has a good reputation for working - not a diet - a full program. Without a tested and proven program to follow, you will be floundering in the preverbal creek without a paddle.
  3. Check out this video and enjoy the music of Collide Sparks (dir: Christopher Hewitt).

Warp Records (old style) - The Bloody Beetroots feat. Steve Aoki PDF Print E-mail
Sunday, 29 March 2009 14:08

The Bloody Beetroots feat. Steve Aoki brand is delivering a new wax with lay down vocals cuts. Before your imagination runs wild, let me burst your bubble and say that no, he's not rapping(yeahh!). In fact Aoki's vocals are pretty sparse, taking a back seat to the massive wall of synths on "Warp 1.9." On the flip Mr. Beetroots continutes the rave-attack by layering 8-bit synth sounds over an acid-house bass line and thunderous kicks on "Warp 7.7"

More on Warp Records is a pioneering independent English record label, founded in Sheffield in 1989, notable for discovering some of the most enduring artists in electronic music (check them out http://www.warprecords.com/)

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
